This is epic! We finally got some landscaping done around the house and the results are amazing. Within a matter of hours we transformed the whole entire look of this house. We still got a good bit more to go on the landscaping but when its all done its going to be amazing. We cant wait to finish this project up and show you how it turns out. Thanks For Watching!!!

  • I will say that I've done this both ways. I've laid sod and I've planted seed. The sod is instant gratification, and you may be able to keep it alive if you do it right, but I had bad luck with it. The sod grass was finicky and ultimately I gave up on it and came back to that patch later. The first time I grew from seed, same result. The grass died, but it was because I didn't anneal the soil, I didn't have a good irrigation system set up and I didn't water often enough. The trick is to anneal the soil with good organic material and fertilizer, then getting the seed down and keeping it moist in a warm environment (most grass seed needs 65 degrees F and above all day every day to start growing). You don't need straw if you till the soil enough and rake the seed right into the soil. Multiple times a day watering is critical if you have very hot weather. Once I figured out this formula, the grass grew like wildfire and my lawn looked like a literal golf course when I got done with it. The grass looked almost fake it was so perfect. I had to pull some weeds here and there but it would have looked fine to most people even if I hadnt'. The results helped us sell our house at 1.5x what we paid for it. It's like nice wheels and tires on a car. It increases the perceived value by so much. The whole thing just looks so much better when you have nice grass.

  • I can tell what a good man your father is to you two young men. He has worked awfully hard to make a life for your family and provide you with the opportunity to do what you're doing here, and he has done quite well at that. He built a base from which an empire is being built. Nothing brings me more joy than people like him beaming with pride at the success of his two sons. I've picked up on the fact that he isn't from here and that you don't exactly advertise that fact, but it doesn't matter to me. You're good people, and good people are always welcome in my house and my country. This is the way it has always been here. We are a generous and gregarious yet irreverent people. The only time anyone has a problem with a true American is when they try to force us to live our lives in a way other than how we ourselves see fit. I genuinely love what you're doing and hope you become billionaires doing it. Much love from North Carolina.

  • I planted 10 Japanese trees about 30 years and was told a nursery that they were worth about $12,000 each. I purchased special insurance on them to protect me just in case I would have to replace in case of damage .. To replace my landscaping would cost over $200,000 . I would not live long enough if I had to because it would take years for me to design it again.
